Debbie & Nathan Arrive

Paddington has a habit of bringing people closer together.

Today was a red-letter day—the first day of spring, our 29th anniversary, and Debbie and Nathan made it here safely to join in the fun!

We were so happy to welcome Debbie and Nathan to London after their long trans-Atlantic flight. Here they are on the Jubilee Line train from Heathrow to Paddington station.

Since we transferred through Paddington, we figured we’d better stop and see the bear himself.

After lunch at the Kensington Dishoom, it was off to Buckingham Palace.

We stopped in a Starbucks and Amanda immediately spotted a single “dime” on the floor.

The temperature doesn’t seem too cold…this should be a fun night bus tour!

Ummmm…I’m cold! (Regent Street)

Hey Steve, how long until we can move to somewhere warmer? I can’t feel my toes any more. (Tower Bridge)

We’re staying in a flat in Notting Hill. After getting Debbie inside where it was warm, Amanda and I walked to the store to pick up a few items. As we were walking home, Keith struck again!

It was a great first day.
Now it’s time for some much needed sleep!
Goodnight everyone! 🛌 😴 💤
